The Governor has submitted Napa County Superior Court Judge Victoria Diane Wood to the JNE Commission for evaluation for the First District Court of Appeal, where she once worked as a research attorney. She is the PJ of NCSC’s Appellate Division.
Note also that Judge Do’s virtual public confirmation hearing to 4/1 is set for January 14 at 10 a.m.
