On July 9, President Biden issued an Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy (see here). The Executive Order contains more than 70 initiatives involving more than a dozen federal agencies in an effort to promote a “fair, open, and competitive marketplace.” It also contains recommendations on legislation, agency rulemaking, and several less formal actions.
