City of Toronto Affordable Housing- Watch this Video!

In an effort to promote affordable housing, the City of Toronto is seeking feedback from the public about a proposed Inclusionary Zoning By-law.

The Inclusionary Zoning By-law would amend Zoning By-law 569-2013, and has the effect of requiring all new residential developments to include affordable housing units.

Over the past few months in particular, the media has highlighted the growing issue of lack of affordable housing within the City of Toronto.
