The goal of the roundtable is to help new practitioners and law students decide which area of immigration law better suits them. It will compare the different aspects of practicing immigration law with an emphasis on what it is like practicing in each field and how to succeed. This session will focus on the similarities and differences of comparing the litigation practice of immigration law, specifically distinguishing between the federal litigation aspect and the humanitarian aspect of the practice.
