Junior lawyer vacancy at Mauve.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s university degree at a law school;
- Ideally at least 1-year experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is an asset);
- Strong drafting, legal analysis and negotiation skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Punctual, self-motivated, open-minded, proactive.
Your responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties;
- Drafting letters and other required documents to state agencies and counterparties;
- Analyzing and preparing legal updates;
- Conducting legal research and interpreting legislation, international precedents and best practices;
- Representing our company before state agencies and other third parties;
- Organizing materials for team case review;
- Assistance with disputes and reporting.
