Josh Milgrom will be speaking at the first session, “Rapid Fire Legislation: Free Legal Tips” where he and the rest of the legal panel will discuss updates to legislation affecting condos and best practices.
Natalia Polis will be speaking on Saturday morning at 9:45 on “Governance & Ethics: Decisions and Dynamics“. The panel will focus on the roles and responsibilities of the manager, the boards and officers, and the dynamics to maintaining successful relationships.
