CPW’s Kristin Bryan, Scott Warren, and James Brennan will be key speakers at the Global Legal ConfEx on “GRC, Data Privacy & Cyber Security” on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in San Francisco.
Kristin and Jim will be keynote speakers for the panel “Cyber Security & Legal Technology: Is This the Winning Formula?” which will cover the legal regimes governing cybersecurity, the state of cybersecurity litigation, and technical controls companies can use to limit cybersecurity legal risk.
For the final event of the conference, Scott will speak as part of a round table moderated by Kristin titled “Developing Data Privacy, Cyber Security & GRC Roadmap: Aligned with the Mission, Value, and Strategic Agenda of Your Business.” The round table will feature the perspectives of several business leaders in the data privacy and cyber security field, including the Deputy General Counsel of Zoom, the Global Privacy officer of Splunk, and the head of privacy of Avellino Lab.
