The “U.S. EDGAR Securities Filing System and Database: An Overview and Some Lessons Learned” article provides an overview which would be beneficial to Israeli companies that contemplate registration and/or offering of its securities in the Unites States; or to any Israeli investors or other market participants who contemplate certain significant investments in any issuer with securities registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
