Apple released patches for zero-day vulnerabilities yesterday and now it’s Microsoft’s turn. Naked Security reports that Patch Tuesday included fixes for 3 zero-day, 36 remote code execution and 75 common vulnerabilities and exposures. That’s over 100 fixes in a single release. According to a KrebsonSecurity post, the zero-day vulnerabilities are being actively attacked. As usual, be sure to backup your system prior to applying updates. No matter how you deploy, apply the updates as soon as you can.
