In two recent webinars, we explore some of the key situations in which AI liability can arise and consider what businesses (including financial institutions) can do to manage these risks.

Regulatory liability – In this session, we explore the regulatory framework that governs the use of AI through the lens of the proposed EU AI Act and current UK data protection and financial services regulation.

Civil liability – In this session, we focus on product liability (both in the UK and the EU, including proposed reforms), liability in contract, tort, and liability in relation to AI discriminatory practices and outcomes.
