Firm Leadership Elected for 2024

Dickinson, Bradshaw, Fowler & Hagen, P.C. is pleased to announce its 2024 Board of Directors.

Jason Madden was elected as Chairman of the Board. Madden’s practice is focused on litigation and trial law in the areas of product liability, toxic torts, agricultural law, insurance and general litigation.

Mollie Pawlosky was elected as President. Pawlosky’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including commercial foreclosure, collections and creditors’ rights, corporate governance disputes, construction litigation and mechanic’s lien disputes, and appellate work.

Matthew Phillips was elected as a Vice President. Phillips is part of the Dickinson Bradshaw litigation division, with significant work in the worker’s compensation area.

Jeff Baxter was elected as Treasurer. Baxter serves business clients in a variety of matters including real estate acquisition, business formation and commercial foreclosure. He also provides advice in real estate, zoning and land matters, and represents businesses in a wide range of issues.

Justin LaVan was elected as a Vice President. LaVan is an advocate, negotiator, and litigator with diversified experience in a wide variety of cases both federal and state, arbitration hearings, and client matters for both plaintiffs and defendants involving complex business litigation, commercial torts, construction defects, agricultural transactions, personal injury and insurance coverage issues.

John Lande was elected as Secretary. His practice includes a variety of civil litigation matters, bank regulatory issues, and cybersecurity.
