The Chicago Bar Association will hold its 99th Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, September 17, at The Glen Club in Glenview, an historic course situated in the grounds of the former Glenview Naval Air Station.
Nestled within the grounds of the former Glenview Naval Air Station, The Glen Club is situated at the core of a serene 195-acre sanctuary. This idyllic setting showcases undulating terrain, breathtaking changes in elevation, serene lakes, meandering streams, and captivating vistas, including a distant view of the iconic Chicago skyline.
Registration opens for the event at 10:30 a.m. and the buffet lunch, driving range practice greens will be available at 11:00 a.m. There will be a shotgun start for all golfers at 12:30 p.m. At 5:30, all golfers are invited for cocktails and buffet dinner with remarks from a surprise celebrity guest.
Individuals can golf for $400; foursomes can be registered for $1,600. Sponsorship opportunities ranging from a $750 Hole Sponsor to a $5,000 Event Sponsor are also available. Tickets and additional information on sponsorships are available at www.chicagobar.org/golf.
Golfers of all skill levels are welcome. The course layout boasts dramatic elevation shifts, reaching up to 40 feet on select holes, adorned with mature trees, natural expanses, tranquil lakes, and meandering streams.
