The impact of these agency actions and state laws on the workplace will be reviewed to ensure your business remains in compliance.

This session will provide an overview of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) in the workplace, policies related to the use of AI, and a risk-benefit overview of the use of AI in the workplace.

This session will discuss managing and documenting employee performance, discipline and termination without triggering a claim against the business for discrimination or harassment. In addition various fact patterns to help your company effectively manage employment law litigation risks will be covered as well as audience working group sessions.
