Shatz on January 10, 2025 Email this postTweet this postLike this postShare this post on LinkedIn The Ninth Circuit announces:Given the continuing high winds and the ongoing uncertainty related to the Southern California wildfires, the Chief Judge has ordered the Pasadena courthouse be closed to the public tomorrow and through January 17th. As previously planned and communicated to the parties, the Pasadena court sessions scheduled January 13-17, 2025 will proceed remotely. The Court remains open in its other locations and for efiling. If you have any questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office in San Francisco. Many justices and lawyers in the appellate community have lost homes or evacuated. Now is a time for solidarity, compassion, and civility. Help those you can.
