Matthew I. Hirsch, Partner at Solow, Hartnett and Galvan, has been invited to speak at the upcoming Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) to be held in June 2025 in Denver, Colorado. With over 100 sessions covering five different tracks, AILA’s Annual Conference is the largest gathering of immigration law professionals in the country.

Mr. Hirsch’s panel, entitled: “Introduction to PERM: Sponsoring the Foreign Worker Through a Labor Market Test”, will focus on the Labor Certification process and will offer insights on the labor-related steps in the green card process, including drafting advertisements, preparing Requests for Prevailing Wage Determination, initiating recruitment, testing the labor market and preparing and filing the Form 9089.

Mr. Hirsch looks forward to participating and says: “I’ve not only enjoyed participating in Annual Conferences over the years, it’s also been beneficial for my practice and my clients. The collegial connections which I’ve formed with my AILA colleagues over the years have been an invaluable resource and have helped me to solve problems and achieve success for clients.”
