TBH v Marist Regional College & Anor [2025] TASSC 47 (Link to JADE)

With thanks to Hudson Digby for drawing attention to this matter, which addresses proper pleading of an abuse claim and also the correct approach to the Civil Liability Act 2002 Part 10C which provides for the appointment of a proper defendant.

Leave was refused for the plaintiff to amend his statement of claim in accordance with the proposed amended statement of claim attached to his interlocutory application filed on 23 December 2024.
