Texas Judge Hits Pause on DSHS Hemp Rules. Here Is What the Order Actually Does.

A Texas court has entered a temporary restraining order blocking the State from enforcing the most consequential parts of the new DSHS hemp rules, at least for now. That is a significant win for the Texas hemp industry, but it is not a final decision, and it is not a wholesale invalidation of every part of the rules.
