Lord Stockwood also moved that the bill be committed to a Grand Committee, and that the Grand Committee consider the bill in the following order: Clause 1 Schedule 1, Clauses 2 to 13 Schedule 2, Clauses 14 to 31 Schedule 3, Clauses 32 to 53, and this motion was also agreed to.
