Representatives Andy Barr of Kentucky and Angie Craig of Minnesota introduced the Lawful Hemp Protection Act, a comprehensive bill that would repeal the hemp-killing provisions Congress enacted last year and replace them with a federal regulatory framework for hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
