CRA Déjà Vu: OCC and FDIC Propose Community Reinvestment Act Regulations Again

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation have proposed new regulations under the Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”). Since 2020, the banking agencies have proposed significant overhauls to the CRA regulations, but with little agreement on the actual changes.
