Companies wishing to bring Israeli professionals to work in the U.S. take note: on April 1, 2016 USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions, the nonimmigrant visa category available to employers wishing to hire foreign workers in “specialty occupation” positions. Not only are these visas in demand, they’re subject to a cap.
