Bentham Canada Receives Litigation Funding Approval in Weston Foods Class Action

Bentham Canada is pursuing a class action claim against Loblaw Companies, Weston Foods, Weston Bakeries, Grupo Bimbo and others accused of defrauding Canadian consumers on the price of packaged bread. The funder recently received approval by an Ontario Superior Court Judge for its litigation funding agreement in the claim.
