Alessandra Boffa focuses her practice on corporate law, domestic and cross-border M&A, and domestic and international arbitration. Alessandra represents clients in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the health care, consumer credit and chemical industries. She assists in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts. Alessandra has also represented high-profile clients in arbitration proceedings regulated by the International Chamber of Commerce, by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and before the Court of Milan.
