David has tried and arbitrated domestic and international disputes in the areas of energy, commercial, construction, and land use/permitting litigation. His energy litigation experience includes representing operators, power generators, transporters, marketers, and project owners and contractors. David litigates contract disputes, royalty disputes, environmental claims, throughout and processing claims, and permitting claims, both onshore and offshore.
