Grace L. Urban is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.

Ms. Urban represents employers in a variety of labor and employment and employee benefits matters, including claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. She also counsels lawyers on all aspects of employment law.

While in law school, Ms. Urban was a four-time CALI award recipient and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. She was also the Secretary of the Women’s Law Society and a Legal Writing tutor, and served as a guardian ad litem through the Community Law Center. Ms. Urban is the recipient of a 2018 Leadership, Service, & Public Interest Recognition from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Urban was an extern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to attending law school she was an Assistant Editor with Brafton, Inc.
