John R. Herring

John is a trial attorney who joined the Dallas office in July 2013. His practice focuses on a wide variety of disputes in both federal and state courts. On behalf of individuals, businesses, and financial institutions, John has litigated and tried matters involving contract disputes, business torts, oil and gas disputes, real property, commercial loan and security agreements, as well as personal and catastrophic injuries. John has significant experience handling tort litigation, particularly in the areas of transportation and insurance-related claims. John also has experience defending class action litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
