Jack O'Connor

Jack advises clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including compliance and strategy through organizing campaigns and the collective bargaining process, as well as developing union avoidance programs. He also supports all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses. Jack has prepared several position statements in matters pending before the EEOC and NLRB that resulted in the dismissal of charges against clients.
