Jacob Neeley

Jacob Neeley is an associate in Perkins Coie's Environment, Energy & Resources practice in the Madison office. Prior to joining the firm, he conducted several large-scale research projects regarding state constitutional law and direct democracy for University of Wisconsin Law School’s State Democracy Research Initiative.
