Jon utilizes his experience as a corporate attorney to bring a unique perspective to clients’ regulatory and litigation needs. Jon began his legal career as a corporate M&A attorney working primarily with cannabis companies and private equity firms, where he gained exposure to the unique challenges facing highly regulated businesses. This insight led him to re-focus his practice on two areas: counseling clients on how to navigate complex regulatory structures and defending clients from both regulatory investigations and lawsuits.
