Kristen Davis Mangan

Kristen Davis is a member of the Immigration & Compliance Practice, based in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on a wide range of immigration and compliance matters, including various non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, O-1A, O-1B, L-1A, L-1B, etc.) as well as immigrant petitions filed with the Department of Homeland Security. She also advises clients on corporate immigration related matters filed with the Department of Labor, including permanent labor certification and labor condition applications.
