Erika Litvak

Erika G. Litvak concentrates her practice on taxation, with an emphasis on international taxation. Erika assists individuals with international income tax and estate planning, expatriation, pre-immigration tax planning, structuring investments in the United States, among many other issues that relate to private client work. Erika also assists U.S. and foreign business entities in cross-border transactions, investments of U.S. entities abroad, investments of foreign entities in the United States, and establishment of operations in the United States and abroad, as well as with reporting and compliance issues for both individuals and companies, in addition to any other aspect related to international taxation.
