Learon John Bird is an associate in Stoel Rives corporate group. He is experienced in negotiating and drafting documents related to various corporate issues related to distressed businesses, including financings, acquisitions, and sales. Learon has acted as counsel to various corporate bankruptcy parties, including: chapter 11 debtors, creditor committees, individual creditors, and post-confirmation trustees.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Learon was an associate at Fox Rothschild LLP (2011-2018) and at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell (Summer 2008, 2009-2010).
