Professional Bio
Matt is the co-chair of Thompson Hine’s Compliance & Internal Investigations practice and vice-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. Matt focuses his practice on white-collar and compliance-related matters, including international antitrust, FCPA, and anti-corruption investigations. Matt has tried criminal and civil cases alleging violations of the antitrust laws, extortion, bribery, racketeering, wire and mail fraud,
and theft of government property, among others.
