Ryan Hoyler’s legal experience includes representing developers before municipal boards and commissions across Connecticut on a broad range of approvals and permits, including § 8-30g affordable housing applications across Connecticut, and preparing Planning and Zoning, Wetlands, Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), and Historic District applications and presenting before the applicable approving authority.
