Sara Bernasconi ˘

Sara Bernasconi joined the Banking & Financial Services Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Milan office in 2022, when finishing her studies. Sara did part of her legal training abroad at ESADE University, Barcelona. She supports the professionals of the firm in Banking & Finance law issues and in Structured Finance-related matters. More, she has focused part of her practice on some corporate law operations, supporting the professionals of the firm in carrying out various ancillary activities related to corporate acquisitions.
