Scott Bertulli is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Patent Law and Intellectual Property groups.

Scott represents corporate clients in complex patent disputes and has litigated several high-profile patent infringement cases. He engages in all phases of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigations through trial preparation. In particular, his practice includes development of infringement or invalidity contentions, hands-on analysis of infringing products and technical documents, and management of expert and source code discovery.
