Alexander L. Scarola is the Administrative Shareholder of the Philadelphia office. Alex focuses his practice on public finance, infrastructure finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Alex serves as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable finance and lending transactions.
