
Shmuel Kleinman
Professional Bio
Shmuel Kleinman is an Associate in Hahn Loeser’s Labor and Employment Practice Area and focuses on employment-related litigation. Shmuel also has experience in class actions and has assisted in complex cases involving a wide range of claims, including consumer and taxpayer rights in Ohio and nationally.
With experience in all phases of litigation, Shmuel has guided clients through issues including wage and hour suits, discrimination, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations, and the Florida Telephone Sales Act (FTSA). He also has experience in matters involving the late release of auto liens.
While in law school, Shmuel was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows program and was a recipient of the CSU College of Law’s Dean’s Leadership Scholarship Award. Shmuel also served as Chief Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.
A Cleveland native, Shmuel earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Telshe Rabbinical College in Wickliffe, Ohio. He gained his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law.
