Timothy R. Cook

Timothy Cook’s practice is focused primarily on commercial and construction litigation.

Timothy graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law, receiving the CALI award for the highest grade in 10 classes including Contracts, Torts, Pre-Trial Procedure, Corporations, and Securities Regulations. He competed as an advocate and brief writer for South Texas College of Law’s legendary moot court team, where he helped to bring home the school’s 122^nd National Championship and was inducted into the National Order of Scribes for brief writing.
