Terrance Blackman Stroud serves as the Deputy Commissioner at the Department of Social Services of New York City. An alum of Indiana University Bloomington’s Maurer School of Law, he is a member of the adjunct faculty, where he oversees the school’s New York Summer Externship Program. He is the first Black recipient of the Adjunct Faculty Teaching Award, and was recently appointed as the inaugural Global Affairs Fellow at the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies.
