Thomas J. Balmat

Thomas Balmat represents clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including acquisition, sale, development, leasing, financing and entity formation. His practice includes assisting clients of all sizes, from small business owners and commercial tenants to real estate developers and corporate entities. While in law school, Thomas interned with local firms in both transactional and litigation contexts, and was a student attorney in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic helping start-up companies and entrepreneurs with entity formation, financing, real estate and intellectual property issues.
