Tracey TANG started her career as a lawyer specializing in corporate legal services for multinational companies as early as in 2004, and she has switched her focuses to TMT and digital entertainment industries since 2012.

During her more than 19-year professional experience, Tracey has gained extensive experience on regulatory compliance in TMT industries, IP commercialization and enforcement as well as commercial dispute resolution. She is good at and committed to exerting dispute resolution experience in non-contentious matters, resolving disputes in complex transactional backgrounds and enforcing right holders’ IP in a non-conventional manner, thus she always provides clients with proactive legal advice and strategic solutions. Tracey’s in-house counsel experience also enables her to customize legal services based on her profound understanding of clients’ needs and market dynamics.

Tracey’s industry experience includes TMT, entertainment, sports, education, and creative industries. When providing legal services to clients in these industries, Tracey has accumulated solid experience relating to digital content, software, information system as well as cloud services, including content and software licensing and transfer, import and export of technologies, SaaS, as well as protection and enforcement of relevant IP.
