Tyler defends clients against administrative complaints and investigations issued by government enforcement agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Department of Labor. He also routinely conducts workplace investigations on behalf of clients.
