关税战升级、小包邮件豁免即将取消，赴美跨境电商何去何从？

作者：冯晓鹏 王溢美 2025年4月3日，美国向大范围国家和地区发起统一加征10%基础关税、针对以中国为代表的与美国产生较大贸易逆差的国家和地区分别增加相应“对等关税”的贸易保护主义措施，对原产自中国的货物再加征34%“对等关税”，并同日决定从美国东部时间 2025 年 5 月 2 日开始取消来自中国（含中国香港）的受管制商品适用小额豁免资格（800美元小额包裹免税待遇），具体详见下图。对此，中国予以坚决反制，并于4月4日出台一系列反制措施，包括但不限于对原产于美国的进口商品加征34%关税、将部分美国实体列入出口管制管控名单、对部分稀土相关物项实施出口管制、暂停个别美国企业产品输华资质等。据最新消息，美国将可能对中国产品在现有加征54%关税的基础上额外加征50%，以示对中国反制措施的威胁报复。 阅读更多
