作者：楼仙英 戴梦皓 姚爽 冉芙妍 2022年8月下旬，两家国际知名无厂半导体公司先后发布声明，声称其收到美国政府通知，就其所出口的特定型号GPU芯片施加新的出口管制限制，其对华出口、再出口和境内转移均需事先取得美国商务部产业安全局（下称“BIS”）颁发的出口许可证件。虽然根据相关公司的说明，美国商务部告知，本次调整出口管制限制要求据称是为解决相关产品用于中国“军事最终用途”或“军事最终用户”的风险问题，然而，GPU芯片在云计算、AI推算、数据中心和大数据分析等相关应用领域均不可或缺，本次美国出口管制政策的收紧显然会对相关行业带来深远影响。事实上，自2018年以来，与GPU芯片应用密切相关的AI领域一直是美国监管关注的焦点，对于众多中国AI应用行业的企业而言，务必需引起关注。 阅读更多
