Employers in Minnesota are required to report newly hired or rehired employees to the Minnesota New Hire Reporting Center within 20 calendar days of the date of hiring or rehiring. See Minn. Stat. § 256.998, Subd. 3. Forms for reporting new hires are available here and include instructions for where to send the forms once completed. Alternatively, employers may register to report new hires online at www.mn-newhire.com.
