On September 26, Bilzin Sumberg will host the next installment of our New Miami Breakfast Series, “The Return of Real Estate Financing: Passing Trend or Here to Stay?”
We invite you to join us as we take a mid-year look at the noteworthy loans that closed over the first half of the year and the characteristics that make each distinctive. I look forward to moderating a lively discussion about the availability of construction and acquisition loans, as well as refinancings. We will examine who is doing the lending, where the capital is coming from, what the new post-recession terms and conditions are and how increasing interest rates will impact the future availability of capital. Lastly, we will take a broader look at financing in the secondary markets and how they compare to the thriving Miami market.
