Fred Karlinsky Spoke at Louisiana Insurer’s Conference: Compliance Connections

Fred E. Karlinsky, co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’ s Insurance Regulatory & Transactions Practice, participated in the Louisiana Insurer’s Conference (LIC) titled “Compliance Connections: Insurance Compliance Seminar and Legislative Review,” held August 5-7, 2015,  in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  The annual conference given by the Louisiana Department of Insurance offers the latest information on compliance for insurance producers and legal professionals.

Karlinsky, presented in the session “Social Marketing and Liability.” The discussion focused on the use of social marketing tools and the liabilities associated with these tools for producers and insurance companies.
