Seyfarth Synopsis: With this final video blog posting, we conclude our series of presentations by WCAR author Jerry Maatman on workplace class action litigation developments. Jerry’s discussion of key trends includes the low settlement numbers in 2019 after historically high settlement numbers in 2017 (with settlement numbers significantly dropping in 2018 and again in 2019). Jerry discusses the factors that led to this trend including Supreme Court case decisions.
