Julie Fay and Bill Roberts will present the session “The View from the Nutmeg State” during the CAIS Annual Conference on Business & Operations.

During this session, Julie and Bill will discuss how state law impacts frequently discussed issues impacting schools, including the provision of telehealth, mandating flu and other vaccines, use of waivers and dealing with data breaches and managing personal information in online platforms. In this discussion, they will also review recent guidance from the Office of Early Childhood impacting early childhood education programs and share updates on current Executive Orders, reopening rules and other recent trends impacting CT schools.
